Kristina White
Kristina White is the Founder and Executive Director of G.R.I.T House Foundation. She is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over a decade of service and a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and community impact. Throughout her military and professional career, Kristina has focused on structure, accountability, and building systems that create long-term stability.
Kristina brings a strong background in project management, cybersecurity, and organizational leadership, holding certifications including PMP, Security+, and SAFe. She has led complex initiatives across government, nonprofit, and private sectors, with a consistent focus on mission execution and people-centered outcomes.
G.R.I.T House Foundation was created from Kristina’s firsthand understanding of the challenges veterans face when transitioning back into civilian life. Her vision is to provide safe, supportive housing paired with accountability, resources, and guidance that empower residents to regain independence and move forward with confidence.
Kristina leads G.R.I.T House with a hands-on approach, ensuring program integrity, resident support, and strong community partnerships that uphold the foundation’s core values of Growth, Resilience, Independence, and Transformation.

Rashawn “Shawn” Mayweather
Rashawn “Shawn” Mayweather serves as the Program Director of G.R.I.T House Foundation. He is a veteran with operational experience in security, logistics, and program coordination, bringing a disciplined and solutions-oriented approach to daily operations.
Shawn oversees resident intake coordination, program implementation, and operational support to ensure G.R.I.T House runs efficiently and in alignment with its mission. He plays a key role in maintaining structure within the home while fostering a supportive environment that encourages accountability, stability, and growth.
With experience working in high-responsibility environments, Shawn understands the importance of consistency, clear expectations, and trust. He works closely with residents to support goal-setting, employment readiness, and successful transitions into independent living.
Shawn is deeply committed to serving veterans and believes that stable housing is the foundation for lasting change. His leadership helps ensure G.R.I.T House remains a safe, respectful, and empowering space for every resident.
